Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, implement, and improve inventory processes
- Monitor process efficiency and identify weaknesses
- Evaluate compliance of processes with internal procedures and policies
- Support identification and management of operational and process risks
- Conduct audits in accordance with annual internal audit plans
- Analyze opportunities for process automation and provide recommendations
- Provide procedural recommendations aligned with company strategy
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, Audit, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Control Specialist
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction sector
- Knowledge of internal control principles and risk management
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools
- Analytical thinking, objectivity, and attention to detail
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Azerbaijani required; English or Russian is an advantage
Working Conditions:
