Job Purpose

To ensure effective cost management in construction projects by monitoring expenses, verifying completed work, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and maintaining transparency in the use of investor funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Control – Monitor actual expenses, compare with approved budget, and analyze variances
  • Work Progress Verification – Review and approve contractor reports, ensuring alignment with on-site progress
  • Contract Compliance – Ensure all payments and cost calculations comply with contract terms and conditions
  • Market Price Analysis – Benchmark costs against market rates and identify inflated expenses
  • Team Coordination – Coordinate between Financial Analyst, Legal Advisor, and Procurement Specialist
  • Financial Reporting – Ensure accuracy of cost reports for management and investors
  • Investment Monitoring – Track investor funds and ensure alignment with project budget
  • Risk Management – Identify financial/operational risks and recommend cost optimization

  • Control over contractor payments and claims

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience (including site supervision & coordination)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera P6 (preferred)

Working Conditions:
