The Senior Procurement Specialist ensures the timely, efficient, and budget-compliant procurement of goods, works, and services required by the company. They also participate in planning the procurement process, selecting suppliers, and preparing contracts.
• Select suppliers, review purchase requests, and inform department heads;
• Create and update a database of purchased raw materials and goods, monitor company expenses, and report;
• Research and select local and international suppliers, maintain supplier database;
• Research procurement markets and attract new suppliers to improve costs and terms;
• Negotiate all terms with suppliers, including discounts and favorable credit conditions;
• Coordinate all approved purchase requests;
• Reconcile contract details and costs with third parties;
• Comply with company administrative and record-keeping requirements;
• Report procurement activities to relevant personnel;
• Handle transportation and customs issues when required.
• Higher education (Construction, Economics, Management, or related fields);
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of supply markets and procurement procedures;
• Responsible and detail-oriented;
• Proficient in MS Office and 1C;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; Russian or English is an advantage.

• Working hours: 09:00–18:00
