Supervise the daily execution of fit-out, steel structure, and other finishing works in accordance with the approved project documentation, technical specifications, and working drawings;
Ensure the quality, sequence, and timely execution of construction works in line with the project schedule;
Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and site workers, and monitor the progress of ongoing works;
Participate in the preparation of daily work plans and monitor their implementation;
Inspect delivered materials and ensure their quality, proper storage, and efficient utilization;
Measure completed work quantities, verify executed works, and assist in preparing relevant progress reports;
Identify and resolve technical issues on site in coordination with the Project Manager and relevant departments;
Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other related disciplines to ensure proper workflow and sequencing;
Monitor compliance with construction codes, technical standards, project specifications, and quality procedures;
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, safety procedures, and fire protection requirements;
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, submit photo reports, and regularly update the project management on work progress;
Monitor the efficient use of materials, equipment, and project resources;
Participate in site inspections and meetings with the Client, Technical Supervisor, and other stakeholders when required;
Cooperate closely with other departments to ensure the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of site experience in fit-out and steel structure works;
Ability to read and interpret project drawings and technical documentation;
Knowledge of construction codes and industry standards;
Proficiency in MS Office applications;
Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
