During work, the accountant records the company’s financial transactions, tracks income and expenses, calculates salaries, prepares tax and financial reports, processes bank payments, and maintains accounting records in compliance with legislation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement forms for primary accounting documents and internal accounting reports
- Ensure accurate reflection of all business transactions in accounting accounts (including registers)
- Prepare cost calculations and reporting for products (works, services)
- Manage creditor and debtor settlements
- Maintain records of inventory, fixed assets, and other valuables
- Record cash flow transactions in a timely manner
- Perform bank transaction operations
- Maintain settlements with accountable persons
- Accurately complete required reporting forms
- Calculate monthly salaries and mandatory deductions
- Provide payroll entries and verify accounts in the system
- Calculate vacation pay, sick leave, bonuses, and final settlements
- Work with state electronic systems for DSMF benefits
- Review business trip expenses and ensure proper tax deductions
- Prepare and send E-invoices and tax invoices, reconciliation acts
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager
- Submit VAT (ƏDV), ÖMV, DSMF, and statistical reports
- Work with E-customs and E-government portals
Requirements:
- Higher education in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics
- Proficiency in 1C and MS Office
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or manufacturing
- Azerbaijani required, Russian preferred
- Attention to detail, responsibility, analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
