Internal Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize, implement, and improve inventory processes
  • Monitor process efficiency and identify weaknesses
  • Evaluate compliance of processes with internal procedures and policies
  • Support identification and management of operational and process risks
  • Conduct audits in accordance with annual internal audit plans
  • Analyze opportunities for process automation and provide recommendations
  • Provide procedural recommendations aligned with company strategy

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Audit, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Control Specialist
  • At least 2 years of experience in the construction sector
  • Knowledge of internal control principles and risk management
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools
  • Analytical thinking, objectivity, and attention to detail
  • Strong observation and problem-solving skills
  • Azerbaijani required; English or Russian is an advantage

Working Conditions:

  • Positive and supportive work environment
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
  • Working hours: 09:00–18:00
