About the Role:
The Cost Control Specialist is responsible for planning, monitoring, and analyzing company expenses to ensure efficient use of financial resources. The main goal is to control expenditures in line with the company’s budget, prevent excessive or unnecessary spending, and provide management with regular financial reports.
Responsibilities:
• Tracking expenses in the ERP system and preparing final reports;
• Maintaining communication with departments and subcontractors regarding cost-related data;
• Determining the cost of procured goods and services;
• Preparing proposals for cost optimization and improvement;
• Preparing and verifying cost-related reports to ensure compliance with company standards;
• Controlling entry of product cost data into the ERP system and ensuring accurate valuation;
• Comparing actual expenses with budget and analyzing variances;
• Preparing financial forecasts and analytical reports;
• Performing other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; English or Russian is an advantage;
• Theoretical knowledge in cost control and financial reporting;
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
• Experience with 1C 8.3 software;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday–Friday (5 days)
• Working hours: 09:00–18:00
