PMC Engineer


Responsibilities

  • Review and verify project documents, IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, and technical documentation;

  • Prepare project tender documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, ITB/ITT procedures, and other documents required for tender/vendor approval processes;

  • Evaluate construction works across different disciplines on-site and provide detailed assessment reports;

  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports;

  • Conduct planned site visits and prepare inspection reports for each site;

  • Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards;

  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or PMC roles;

  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, IFC drawings, and project documentation;

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software;

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills;

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities;

  • Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Working Conditions

  • Employment type: Full-time;

  • Department: PMC Department;

  • Work schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days);

  • Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
