Responsibilities
Prepare the required documents during the tender preparation phase and submit them according to the relevant regulations;
Prepare work descriptions and requirements in line with the tender’s objectives;
Monitor procedures for submitting and accepting tender proposals;
Identify tenders announced by government and commercial organizations that align with the company’s operations;
Rapidly prepare required tender documents and protocols, and maintain document registration;
Determine tender conditions, contract requirements, technical specifications, and legal terms;
Handle correspondence and negotiations related to the tender process;
Analyze requirements and report findings to management;
Represent the company during the tender process;
Contribute to client base expansion;
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on tender processes;
Maintain high-level communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
Higher education;
Fluency in Azerbaijani; English and Russian are preferred;
3–5 years of experience in the relevant field (construction industry preferred);
Ability to work with e-taxes online document system and e-tender government portal;
Proficiency in 1C (8.3) and MS Office;
Ability to conduct market research and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Working Conditions
Work schedule: Full-time (5 days per week);
Working hours: 09:00–18:00;
Salary: Based on interview;
Voluntary medical insurance;
Workplace: Head office, Baku.
