Procurement Specialist


Responsibilities

  • Execute the procurement process on time in accordance with procedures and regulations;

  • Analyze the market and research required products and services in local and international markets;

  • Select the most suitable suppliers, manage correspondence and negotiations, and organize meetings;

  • Define, prepare, and oversee the implementation of supply contracts;

  • Support resolution of quality and logistics issues for purchased products or services;

  • Build and maintain a supplier database, evaluate suppliers;

  • Obtain price quotations from supplier companies, perform comparative analysis, and present optimal proposals to management;

  • Direct orders, monitor processes, and ensure timely execution;

  • Forecast demand and determine needs;

  • Prepare and analyze reports;

  • Participate in determining the company’s needs for goods;

  • Develop and maintain reliable vendor and supplier databases;

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to secure high-quality products at optimal prices;

  • Conduct formal negotiations to establish international economic relations and engage partners;

  • Prepare orders for required goods.

Requirements

  • Higher education with 2–3 years of experience in construction and project management;

  • Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, good command of English;

  • Computer skills: MS Office;

  • Knowledge of construction standards and project management;

  • Strong communication and management skills;

  • Willingness to travel when required.

Working Conditions

  • Work schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off;

  • Working hours: 09:00–18:00;

  • Voluntary medical insurance;

  • Workplace: Baku;

  • Salary: Based on interview.
