Responsibilities
Review and verify project documents, IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings, and technical documentation;
Prepare project tender documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, ITB/ITT procedures, and other documents required for tender/vendor approval processes;
Evaluate construction works across different disciplines on-site and provide detailed assessment reports;
Update daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports;
Conduct planned site visits and prepare inspection reports for each site;
Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards;
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or PMC roles;
Strong knowledge of construction standards, IFC drawings, and project documentation;
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software;
Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills;
Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days);
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
